A site-specific work for the beach, two hours long, based on five performers, each of whom performs one ongoing action representing an element in nature: one digs a hole, the second lights a fire, the third lies on the sand on the shoreline and looks at the horizon, one flies a kite, and the last sings a song to herself – Fire, air, earth, water, poetry. “Suddenly” is a request to observe life as if it were a work of art – to touch the essence through simple actions.
